NBA All-Stars John Wall, Anthony Davis, Mason Plumlee, and LaMarcus Aldridge all have very different playing styles.

The challenge was how we capture each player’s signature move to allow people to experience and analyze the unique nature of each move to the fullest extent.

The solution was creating four different custom camera arrays to shoot each signature move. Traveling to each player’s hometown, we captured cinematic documentary style interviews along with array footage.

Tasked with showcasing this footage in the most effective way to the masses, we designed and developed interactive desktop and mobile websites where users could seamlessly pan 180 degrees around each player while demonstrating their signature move. Fans could scrub not only along time but place as well.

Visitors who attended NBA All-Star Weekend in New York City got to experience life-size player displays that allowed fans to see and control each signature move with our custom basketball controllers.
